Charlotte has been described as impulsive by many. Making decisions without thinking them through first. One might even call her entire conversation with Samara, including her agreement to meet up with her charm match, very impulsive. She had dressed herself in one of her favorite dresses. One she had made many years ago, but still fit her quite nicely. Perhaps the hem of her dress was a bit too short nowadays, but Charlotte didn’t mind. Her legs were clad in black stockings that had flowing and floral patterns on them. The entire ensemble was finished with her black leather shoes, shined and cleaned to perfection.

She looked positively smashing if she said so herself. Except .. she was about to meet up with a total stranger, a woman, no less! She had no clue what had gotten into herself. She wished she had Vestige with her, but the pokémon was too big to accompany her. It would be a bit weird to have him with her, so she had left him at home. How she yearned for his watchful eye and calming presence.

“Oookay Charlotte, it’s showtime.” she said, letting out a deep sigh, opening the door of her Rolls Royce Silver Shadow with vigor and taking the steps up to Samara’s door. She felt a slight chill at the absence of a coat, but she didn’t want to ruin her hair and impress Samara by showing up in her best clothes. It was what she was good at. Putting on a show to remember.

She pushed her finger against the doorbell and did a small step back, remembering the words Samara had said.

She hadn't looked at her phone anymore. Maybe it had been rational to suddenly invite someone at her pad, especially to watch some movies. She didn't even want to go out dating again, but this girl was different. Like a full one eighty from her. So she had taken the gamble, see what happened. After texting back and forth for a moment, she had decided to get some work done still. So she sat with her VR glasses on behind her desk, working with both her hands on some strings of codes that got displayed on the big screen hanging above her desk. Music blasting from audio system, which made her get into the zone faster.

It also meant that she missed the knocking on her door. Until she got zapped by Eve, as the Raichu angerly pointed at the door. With a sigh, she got up from her chair, paused the music and hung the headset on its stand, while she casually walked over to the door. First taking a peek through the peeping hole, she groaned softly. This girl actually came all prepared, fancy and what not. Meanwhile she was clad in her typical overall and crop top. Ah well, there had to be a different. She casually opened the door, leaning against it as she looked the girl up and down. "Charlotte? Come in, come in." She welcomed her by stepping to the side. + Charlotte Schultz

There was a long pause.

Charlotte was about to second guess herself, wanting to reach down into her pocket to find her phone and check if she had gotten the dates or time wrong. A small wrinkle formed between her eyes as she contemplated this. Her gloved fingers were already stroking the hem of her dress when she heard rustling behind the door. Moments later Samara appeared,

She looked more or less as she had done on her Charm profile. Except she was short. Very short. Almost a hear shorter than her. “Oh!” she let out a soft, surprised sound as she too looked the other woman up and down. “Thank you!” Charlotte quickly added with a nod, showing her a quick smile before squeezing past her into the apartment, carefully brushing past her.

Charlotte took a quick inventory of the room. Fumbling with the small handbag she carried that contained her phone, lipstick and some other knick knacks she couldn’t go without. “Thanks for meeting on such short notice. I really felt like embarking on an adventure, when you texted me,” Charlotte informed Samara as she turned around to look at her again, a playful glint in her eyes.

Sam wondered if she had made the correct decision, to go on a date of sorts with someone that looked like a fairy tale princess. So the moments she laid eyes on her, or no, looked slightly up, she smiled a bit. Charlotte was about 2 inches taller then she was, which wasn't a lot but still made her look up. Stepping aside so that she could enter, Sam quickly closed the door behind her. Like two sides of a story, they looked like. The nerd and the princess, or something like that.

Darting past her, she quickly dipped into the open kitchen. "Make yourself at home, sit down, relax. I have beer and pizza." She popped her head above the fridge. "Or don't you drink beer?" Genuine question as the girl in her living room looked like more of the posh wine types. Something that she absolutely did not have in her house. Or actually. There might be a bottle of red wine be hiding somewhere, one that she got from her. Sam sighed softly, as she closed the fridge. Meanwhile, the Alolan Raichu curiously hovered closer to the new guest. "Don't be alarmed if she shocks you at first, she's testing you, not hurting you." Sam says as she sees what's about to happen, while the Raichu reaches out for the guest, pressing her hands against the arm of Charlotte, producing a small static shock between the two. + Charlotte Schultz
