Music was softly playing through the headphone that rested on the girl's head, covering only one ear as she wanted to be able to pick up the sounds around her. Emma had left her Pachirisu in the apartment, it seemed tired and the girl didn't want to force him on a walk if he didn't want to. She had already made some contacts in the building and her neighbor had promised to call her if she did hear anything off from the pokémon.

Emma was slowly making her way through all the different area's Cerynia had to offer. Today, she had decided to go ahead and explore the mountains. She wasn't really the adventurous type, but there was something about the thrill, the adrenaline. Or even just the satisfaction of reaching her destination.

For now, Emma was curious if she could get on top of the mountain, to have a wide view of Cerynia. She wasn't even sure if it was possible, how the roads where situated.

Commotion drew the girls attention, causing her to pull the headphone around her neck to be able to locate the sound. It seemed to be coming from a plateau a little above her.
Curious, Emma set herself in motion, eager to see what was going on. While getting closer, she recognised the sounds of attacks.

Here in Cerynia, people lived in piece with their pokémon, ofcourse. But back at home, there were still battles ongoing. Emma climbed towards the plateu, to witness two pokémon, battling, with a trainer standing next to them, instructing where needed.

When he noticed her, he commanded them to stop, which they did the second the words left his mouth. Emma looked at them with awe, as she focussed on the boy. "Were you training for something?" Her voice was friendly and curious, like it always sounded.
