During August, the beach transforms into a place where people can enjoy several events. Either in the water or outside of it.
As you arrive at Opaline Beach, the sight of golden sands stretching endlessly along the sparkling azure waters instantly captivates you. The beach is alive with the vibrant energy of people and Pokémon alike, all basking in the warmth of the summer sun. The air is filled with the sound of laughter, the splash of waves, and the cheerful calls of Pokémon enjoying their seaside adventures.
For three days, Opaline Beach transforms into the heart of summer excitement with the Aquatics events. Every inch of the beach teems with activity, offering a diverse range of events tailored to every taste. On the sandy shores, you see families building elaborate sandcastles, their Pokémon companions helping to shape and decorate their creations.
In the water, a series of thrilling aquatic events unfolds. Swimmers cruise through the waves, their Lapras leading the charge in scenic exploration. For the adventurous, snorkelling tours offer a glimpse into the underwater world, where colourful coral reefs teem with a dazzling array of marine life.
As the sun begins to set, the beach transforms yet again. Music drifts from the beachfront stage, where karaoke lovers serenade the gathering crowd while cool, summery drinks are served.

Aquatics
Every year Opaline Beach is transformed during a weekend in August. For three days people can enjoy several events, whether it is inside the water or on the beach itself. Stalls have been placed all around the beach, serving several things like food and drinks. There are all kinds of activities people can participate in.
First we have the Lapras Rides. Several Lapras have been made available to take you out on the ocean. Whether you want to do this alone, with your pokemon or with someone else is all up to you.
Second, there's Snorkelling. You can get some gear for this from a stall that is placed close to the water. With this you can see what is hidden underneath the water. Do stay close to the shore though, since it might be dangerous if you venture too far out.
As a third option you can build a Sand Castle on the beach itself. If you dislike the water or just like playing with the sand, this is perfect for you. You can do this together with your pokemon or someone else.
Finally, on the last day of the weekend, there will be a Beach Party in the evening. There will be a bar where summer cocktails will be served and a stage will be placed where people can sing karaoke.
Every event is something where you can meet new people or have fun with people you know. Just pick what suits you.
