Simura is easygoing, extroverted and charming. Though she can be a bit of a chatterbox, she's usually quite easy to get along with. She is positive and is often found strutting a radiant, enchanting smile. Even if she's a bit eccentric, she's quite confident and not easily phased or angered. Due to her sheltered upbringing, though, she's a little spoiled and occasionally somewhat out of touch with the world.

Viktor performed a life-saving surgery on Simura when she was a teenager, and she has kept in contact with him ever since. She looks up to him greatly and feels like she's forever indebted to him. After a little incident, though, her trust in him is somewhat scathed

As Viktor's adoptive son, Ruìsāng and Simura are often found in the same spaces. Simmy is very fond of Sang and considers him a pillar of strength. When in a pinch, Sang is the one Sim would run to.
